Support Bot is online again. The cause was pm2 not restarting after a restart. I have now set it up so it takes care of itself after we restart the VPS.

Missing Staff have been added to our workspace. I didn't receive a confirmation from Hyra that the status issue has been resolved, but we hope that it has been.
